K/O started the visioning process that is the first part of the Master Planning effort for The Ranch – home of the Budweiser Events Center and the Larimer County Fairgrounds. Services include site assessment, building analysis, a market demand analysis, financial feasibility studies and a several graphics to support the plan.
The purpose of Master Plan is to provide a focused vision, identify priority project areas, and specific strategies and financing mechanisms to accomplish the vision, which will guide The Ranch in developing a strategy that will enhance the types of events offered to the citizens of Larimer County as well as maintaining the current and future facilities.
